Investing.com – Denmark equities were lower at the close on Tuesday, as losses in the Financials, Personal & Household Goods and Industrials sectors propelled shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 declined 0.86%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Genmab (CO:GEN), which rose 1.05% or 15.0 points to trade at 1440.0 at the close. Chr. Hansen Holding A/S (CO:CHRH) added 0.96% or 5.0 points to end at 527.0 and Nordea Bank AB (CO:NDA) was up 0.24% or 0.20 points to 82.55 in late trade.
Biggest losers included GN Store Nord (CO:GN), which lost 2.33% or 4.9 points to trade at 205.0 in late trade. FLSmidth & Co. (CO:FLS) declined 1.97% or 7.8 points to end at 387.5 and Pandora A/S (CO:PNDORA) shed 1.89% or 12.5 points to 648.5.
Declining stocks outnumbered rising ones by 94 to 34 and 12 ended unchanged on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Crude oil for October delivery was down 1.29% or 0.60 to $45.97 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in November fell 0.18% or 0.09 to hit $51.33 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 0.31% or 4.07 to trade at $1319.37 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was down 0.33% to 6.1897, while EUR/DKK rose 0.01% to 7.4397.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.23% at 91.96.
