Investing.com – Denmark equities were lower at the close on Tuesday, as losses in the Software & Computer Services, Technology and Personal & Household Goods sectors propelled shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 lost 0.74%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Coloplast A/S (CSE:COLOb), which rose 1.34% or 11.20 points to trade at 844.80 at the close. Novozymes A/S B (CSE:NSISb) added 0.93% or 3.90 points to end at 423.80 and Ambu A/S (CSE:AMBUb) was up 0.73% or 1.00 points to 138.00 in late trade.
Biggest losers included AP Moeller - Maersk A/S B (CSE:MAERSKb), which lost 6.95% or 855.00 points to trade at 11,445.00 in late trade. AP Moeller - Maersk A/S A (CSE:MAERSKa) declined 6.68% or 800.00 points to end at 11,170.00 and GN Store Nord (CSE:GN) shed 4.16% or 9.30 points to 214.50.
Declining stocks outnumbered rising ones by 80 to 57 and 13 ended unchanged on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Crude oil for July delivery was up 0.08% or 0.06 to $77.80 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in August rose 0.18% or 0.15 to hit $81.78 a barrel, while the August Gold Futures contract rose 0.11% or 2.50 to trade at $2,329.50 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was up 0.35% to 6.95, while EUR/DKK unchanged 0.01% to 7.46.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.12% at 104.99.
