Investing.com – Denmark equities were lower at the close on Friday, as losses in the Personal & Household Goods, Industrials and Financials sectors propelled shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 declined 0.61%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Tryg A/S (CO:TRYG), which rose 0.70% or 1.1 points to trade at 157.8 at the close. Coloplast A/S (CO:COLOb) added 0.64% or 4.4 points to end at 687.4 and DSV (CO:DSV) was up 0.30% or 1.8 points to 601.8 in late trade.
Biggest losers included AP Moeller - Maersk A/S B (CO:MAERSKb), which lost 1.72% or 173 points to trade at 9912 in late trade. Pandora A/S (CO:PNDORA) declined 1.64% or 6.4 points to end at 383.7 and Danske Bank A/S (CO:DANSKE) shed 1.59% or 3.0 points to 188.9.
Declining stocks outnumbered rising ones by 64 to 58 and 17 ended unchanged on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Crude oil for October delivery was down 0.40% or 0.28 to $69.97 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in November fell 0.24% or 0.19 to hit $77.83 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 0.07% or 0.80 to trade at $1205.80 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was up 0.66% to 6.4309, while EUR/DKK fell 0.02% to 7.4546.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.51% at 95.12.
