Investing.com – Denmark equities were lower at the close on Friday, as losses in the Oil & Gas, Industrials and Healthcare sectors propelled shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 fell 0.38%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were TDC A/S (CO:TDC), which rose 1.99% or 0.72 points to trade at 36.89 at the close. Pandora A/S (CO:PNDORA) added 1.14% or 7.0 points to end at 621.5 and Danske Bank A/S (CO:DANSKE) was up 0.48% or 1.2 points to 251.8 in late trade.
Biggest losers included AP Moeller - Maersk A/S A (CO:MAERSKa), which lost 1.53% or 180 points to trade at 11570 in late trade. Vestas Wind Systems A/S (CO:VWS) declined 1.31% or 7.5 points to end at 565.0 and AP Moeller - Maersk A/S B (CO:MAERSKb) shed 1.24% or 150 points to 11960.
Advancing stocks outnumbered falling ones by 67 to 54 and 15 ended unchanged on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Crude oil for November delivery was up 0.19% or 0.10 to $51.66 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in December fell 0.54% or 0.31 to hit $56.85 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract fell 0.12% or 1.52 to trade at $1287.18 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was down 0.17% to 6.3039, while EUR/DKK fell 0.01% to 7.4415.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.05% at 93.00.
