Investing.com – Denmark equities were lower at the close on Friday, as losses in the Oil & Gas, Real Estate and Healthcare sectors propelled shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 declined 0.33%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were ISS A/S (CO:ISS), which rose 1.55% or 3.60 points to trade at 236.10 at the close. Lundbeck A/S (CO:LUN) added 1.46% or 6.7 points to end at 465.8 and AP Moeller - Maersk A/S B (CO:MAERSKb) was up 1.24% or 108 points to 8850 in late trade.
Biggest losers included Vestas Wind Systems A/S (CO:VWS), which lost 4.48% or 18.9 points to trade at 402.8 in late trade. Genmab (CO:GEN) declined 1.27% or 14.5 points to end at 1129.5 and Novo Nordisk A/S B (CO:NOVOb) shed 1.05% or 3.5 points to 325.8.
Advancing stocks outnumbered falling ones by 64 to 51 and 21 ended unchanged on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Crude oil for September delivery was down 0.55% or 0.38 to $69.23 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in September rose 0.05% or 0.04 to hit $74.58 a barrel, while the August Gold Futures contract rose 0.01% or 0.10 to trade at $1225.80 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was down 0.14% to 6.3908, while EUR/DKK fell 0.03% to 7.4489.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.11% at 94.47.
