Investing.com – Denmark equities were lower at the close on Thursday, as losses in the Personal & Household Goods, Healthcare and Oil & Gas sectors propelled shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 declined 0.26%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Ambu A/S (CO:AMBUb), which rose 5.13% or 6.1 points to trade at 125.0 at the close. Genmab (CO:GEN) added 2.90% or 27.0 points to end at 957.0 and GN Store Nord (CO:GN) was up 1.49% or 3.6 points to 245.3 in late trade.
Biggest losers included Novozymes A/S B (CO:NZYMb), which lost 1.13% or 3.5 points to trade at 305.8 in late trade. Lundbeck A/S (CO:LUN) declined 1.11% or 2.9 points to end at 258.6 and Novo Nordisk A/S Class B (CO:NOVOb) shed 1.04% or 3.0 points to 286.5.
Declining stocks outnumbered rising ones by 60 to 58 and 16 ended unchanged on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Crude oil for January delivery was down 1.37% or 0.75 to $53.88 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in January fell 1.24% or 0.79 to hit $62.69 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract fell 0.02% or 0.20 to trade at $1227.80 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was down 0.18% to 6.5426, while EUR/DKK fell 0.00% to 7.4612.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.20% at 96.390.
