Investing.com – Denmark equities were lower at the close on Monday, as losses in the Personal & Household Goods, Oil & Gas and Healthcare sectors propelled shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 lost 0.21%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were TDC A/S (CO:TDC), which rose 2.67% or 1.34 points to trade at 51.48 at the close. Carlsberg A/S B (CO:CARLb) added 1.80% or 12.8 points to end at 722.8 and FLSmidth & Co. (CO:FLS) was up 1.68% or 7.3 points to 441.8 in late trade.
Biggest losers included Novo Nordisk A/S B (CO:NOVOb), which lost 1.62% or 5.0 points to trade at 300.0 in late trade. Pandora A/S (CO:PNDORA) declined 1.50% or 7.6 points to end at 500.2 and Vestas Wind Systems A/S (CO:VWS) shed 0.87% or 3.7 points to 420.1.
Advancing stocks outnumbered falling ones by 77 to 47 and 17 ended unchanged on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Crude oil for July delivery was down 1.44% or 0.95 to $64.86 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in August fell 1.56% or 1.20 to hit $75.59 a barrel, while the August Gold Futures contract fell 0.12% or 1.50 to trade at $1297.80 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was down 0.23% to 6.3691, while EUR/DKK fell 0.01% to 7.4428.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.11% at 94.06.
