Investing.com – Denmark equities were lower at the close on Tuesday, as losses in the Oil & Gas, Personal & Household Goods and Industrials sectors propelled shares lower.

At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 declined 0.18%.

The biggest gainers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were GN Store Nord (CO:GN), which rose 2.73% or 6.0 points to trade at 226.0 at the close. Coloplast A/S (CO:COLOb) added 2.51% or 13.0 points to end at 530.0 and Novozymes A/S B (CO:NZYMb) was up 1.41% or 4.6 points to 330.7 in late trade.

Biggest losers included AP Moeller - Maersk A/S B (CO:MAERSKb), which lost 2.00% or 240 points to trade at 11760 in late trade. Vestas Wind Systems A/S (CO:VWS) declined 1.96% or 11.0 points to end at 550.0 and AP Moeller - Maersk A/S A (CO:MAERSKa) shed 1.72% or 200 points to 11410.

Declining stocks outnumbered rising ones by 61 to 60 and 17 ended unchanged on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange.

In commodities trading, Crude oil for November delivery was down 0.16% or 0.08 to $50.38 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in December fell 0.41% or 0.23 to hit $55.89 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 0.36% or 4.53 to trade at $1276.33 a troy ounce.

USD/DKK was down 0.18% to 6.3323, while EUR/DKK rose 0.00% to 7.4429.

The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.10% at 93.39.
