With U.S. stock futures trading higher this morning on Wednesday, some of the stocks that may grab investor focus today are as follows:
- Wall Street expects Paychex, Inc. (NASDAQ: PAYX) to report quarterly earnings at $1.12 per share on revenue of $1.29 billion before the opening bell. Paychex shares rose 0.2% to $112.95 in after-hours trading.
- Costco Wholesale Corporation (NASDAQ: COST) reported better-than-expected earnings and sales results for its fourth quarter on Tuesday. Costco shares fell 2.5% to $539.18 in the after-hours trading session.
- Analysts are expecting Worthington Industries, Inc. (NYSE: WOR) to have earned $2.04 per share on revenue of $1.23 billion for the latest quarter. The company will release earnings after the markets close. Worthington Industries shares fell 1.9% to close at $68.40 on Tuesday.
- Galecto, Inc. (NASDAQ: GLTO) announced plans to explore strategic alternatives. Galecto shares jumped 48.8% to $0.8499 in the after-hours trading session.
- Analysts expect Micron Technology, Inc. (NASDAQ: MU) to post a quarterly loss at $1.18 per share on revenue of $3.91 billion after the closing bell. Micron shares gained 0.5% to $68.27 in after-hours trading.
