FRANKFURT (Reuters) - German industrial services group Bilfinger (DE:GBFG) said its new chief financial officer would be Axel Salzmann, currently CFO of German broadcast group ProSiebenSat.1
The crisis-hit company said on Tuesday it had a "clear preference" for a candidate to become chief executive and would make the appointment as soon as the candidate could agree with his current employer on the timing of his departure.
Sources close to the supervisory board have told Reuters that Bilfinger's choice for CEO is Per Utnegaard, currently CEO of Swiss airport services group Swissport.
