LONDON (Reuters) - British roadside recovery group AA (L:AAAA) said on Tuesday it had been granted an extension for potential offers by regulators until September 29.
The small-cap firm said in August it had been approached by three bidders, Centerbridge Partners Europe and Towerbrook Capital Partners acting together, Platinum Equity Advisors and Warburg Pincus.
The AA said discussions with each had continued to progress and their due diligence was ongoing.
