Proactive Investors - Atlantic Lithium (LON:ALLA) is looking for a new board member after the group confirmed Stuart Crow, a senior non-executive director, would be stepping down with immediate effect.
Having had a seat on the board for ten years, the corporate finance and investor relations expert is leaving to focus on his other business interests.
Neil Herbert, chairman of the African lithium explorer and developer, expressed his thanks at the value Crow brought to the company during his tenure.
“He has played a significant role in the Company's ability to weather commodity and market cycles and his insights have been vital in advancing the Company from junior multi-commodity explorer to near-term lithium producer,” Herbert said.
The mining firm’s leadership team is currently focused on delivering Ghana’s first lithium mine via its Ewoyaa Project.
Earlier this month, the miner confirmed its newly appointed chief executive officer Keith Muller would be getting a seat on the board alongside non-executive director Patrick Brindle.
Muller was brought into the company in May in a strategic shift to help bring the group’s Lithium mine into production.
