Investing.com - Crude oil futures were higher during the Asian session on Wednesday.
On the New York Mercantile Exchange, Crude oil futures for December delivery traded at USD81.69 a barrel at time of writing rising 0.33%.
Earlier, it traded at a session high USD81.83 a barrel. Crude oil was likely to find support at USD79.44 and resistance at USD81.95.
US Dollar Index, which tracks the performance of the greenback versus a basket of six other major currencies, fell 0.01% to trade at USD85.46.
Elsewhere on the ICE, Brent oil for December delivery rose 0.32% to trade at USD86.28 a barrel, with the spread between the Brent oil and Crude oil contracts stood at USD4.59 a barrel.
