Investing.com – Colombia equities were lower at the close on Friday, as losses in the Industrials, Investment and Agriculture sectors propelled shares lower.
At the close in Colombia, the COLCAP lost 0.20%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the COLCAP were Interconexion Electrica SA (CN:ISA), which rose 0.80% or 70.0 points to trade at 8770.0 at the close. Almacenes Exito SA (CN:IMI) added 0.79% or 120.0 points to end at 15320.0 and Grupo Argos SA (CN:ARG) was up 0.79% or 140.0 points to 17840.0 in late trade.
Biggest losers included Grupo Nutresa SA (CN:NCH), which lost 2.56% or 660.0 points to trade at 25120.0 in late trade. Ecopetrol SA (CN:ECO) declined 1.06% or 15.0 points to end at 1400.0 and Pfgrupsura (CN:SIS_p) shed 0.91% or 340.0 points to 37220.0.
Advancing stocks outnumbered falling ones by 12 to 11 and 6 ended unchanged on the Colombia Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, US coffee C for July delivery was up 0.29% or 0.36 to $124.83 . Meanwhile, US cocoa for delivery in July rose 0.55% or 16.00 to hit $2921.00 , while the June Gold contract fell 0.14% or 1.70 to trade at $1253.10 a troy ounce.
USD/COP was down 0.18% to 3051.00, while BRL/COP fell 0.13% to 856.37.
The US Dollar Index was up 0.03% at 95.33.
