Investing.com - Gold futures were lower during the U.S. session on Monday.
On the Comex division of the New York Mercantile Exchange, Gold futures for December delivery traded at USD1217.80 a troy ounce at time of writing falling 0.20%.
Earlier, it traded at a session low USD1215.90 a troy ounce. Gold was likely to find support at USD1206.60 and resistance at USD1232.70.
US Dollar Index, which tracks the performance of the greenback versus a basket of six other major currencies, fell 0.02% to trade at USD85.75.
Elsewhere on the Comex, Silver for December delivery fell 0.07% to trade at USD17.550 a troy ounce while Copper for December delivery rose 0.44% to trade at USD3.049 a pound.
