Investing.com - Crude oil futures were lower during the European session on Thursday.
On the New York Mercantile Exchange, Crude oil futures for May delivery traded at USD99.22 a barrel at time of writing falling 0.41%.
Earlier, it traded at a session low USD99.08 a barrel. Crude oil was likely to find support at USD98.87 and resistance at USD101.96.
US Dollar Index, which tracks the performance of the greenback versus a basket of six other major currencies, rose 0.03% to trade at USD80.41.
Elsewhere on the ICE, Brent oil for May delivery fell 0.21% to trade at USD104.57 a barrel, with the spread between the Brent oil and Crude oil contracts stood at USD5.35 a barrel.
