Investing.com – Denmark equities were lower at the close on Friday, as losses in the Financials, Healthcare and Consumer Services sectors propelled shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 lost 0.02%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Lundbeck A/S (CO:LUN), which rose 4.79% or 17.7 points to trade at 387.1 at the close. Pandora A/S (CO:PNDORA) added 3.36% or 22.0 points to end at 676.5 and GN Store Nord (CO:GN) was up 1.17% or 2.2 points to 190.5 in late trade.
Biggest losers included Chr. Hansen Holding A/S (CO:CHRH), which lost 1.20% or 5.9 points to trade at 484.1 in late trade. Carlsberg A/S B (CO:CARLb) declined 1.18% or 8.0 points to end at 670.0 and Nordea Bank AB (CO:NDA) shed 0.65% or 0.55 points to 83.90.
Declining stocks outnumbered rising ones by 57 to 56 and 25 ended unchanged on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Crude oil for August delivery was down 2.50% or 1.14 to $44.38 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in September fell 2.56% or 1.23 to hit $46.88 a barrel, while the August Gold Futures contract fell 1.01% or 12.37 to trade at $1210.93 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was up 0.18% to 6.5217, while EUR/DKK rose 0.00% to 7.4366.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.23% at 95.80.
