Investing.com - Crude oil futures were higher during the Asian session on Thursday.
On the New York Mercantile Exchange, Crude oil futures for March delivery traded at USD47.46 a barrel at time of writing rising 0.67%.
Earlier, it traded at a session high USD47.52 a barrel. Crude oil was likely to find support at USD46.34 and resistance at USD49.20.
US Dollar Index, which tracks the performance of the greenback versus a basket of six other major currencies, rose 0.15% to trade at USD93.14.
Elsewhere on the ICE, Brent oil for March delivery rose 0.36% to trade at USD48.89 a barrel, with the spread between the Brent oil and Crude oil contracts stood at USD1.43 a barrel.
