Investing.com - U.S. private nonfarm payrolls fell less-than-expected last month, official data showed on Friday.

In a report, Bureau of Labor Statistics said that U.S. Private Nonfarm Payrolls fell to a seasonally adjusted 240K, from 345K in the prior month whose figure was revised up from 314K.

Analysts had expected U.S. Private Nonfarm Payrolls to fall to 230K last month.
