Investing.com - Pending home sales in the U.S. rose unexpectedly last month, industry data showed on Thursday.
In a report, National Association of Realtors said that Pending home sales rose to a seasonally adjusted 3.4%, from 1.2% in the prior month whose figure was revised up from 1.1%.
Analysts had expected Pending home sales to fall to 0.9% last month.
