Investing.com - Pending home sales in the U.S. fell unexpectedly last month, industry data showed on Wednesday.
In a report, National Association of Realtors said that Pending home sales fell to a seasonally adjusted -1.8%, from 0.6% in the prior month whose figure was revised down from 0.9%.
Analysts had expected Pending home sales to rise to 1.0% last month.
