Investing.com - U.S. core retail sales rose less-than-expected last month, official data showed on Wednesday.

In a report, Census Bureau said that U.S. core retail sales rose to a seasonally adjusted 0.1%, from 0.7% in the prior month whose figure was revised up from 0.4%.

Analysts had expected U.S. core retail sales to rise 0.5% last month.
