Investing.com - The U.S. capacity utilization rate fell unexpectedly last month, official data showed on Friday.

In a report, Federal Reserve said that U.S. Capacity Utilization Rate fell to 78.2%, from 78.6% in the prior month whose figure was revised up from 78.4%.

Analysts had expected U.S. Capacity Utilization Rate to remain unchanged at 78.4% last month.
