U.K. Unemployment Rate 6.9% vs. 7.1% forecast

Investing.com - The unemployment rate in the U.K. fell more-than-expected last month, official data showed on Wednesday.

In a report, National Statistics said that U.K. Unemployment Rate fell to a seasonally adjusted 6.9%, from 7.1% in the prior month whose figure was revised down from 7.2%.

Analysts had expected U.K. Unemployment Rate to fall to 7.1% last month.
