Investing.com - Service sector activity in the U.K. rose unexpectedly last month, official data showed on Wednesday.
In a report, The Chartered Institute of Purchasing & Supply and the NTC Economics said that U.K. Services PMI rose to a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 59.5, from 58.9 in the prior month.
Analysts had expected U.K. Services PMI to fall to 58.5 last month.
