Investing.com - The U.K.’s manufacturing PMI fell unexpectedly last month, data showed on Wednesday.

In a report, Markit/CIPS said that U.K. manufacturing PMI fell to a seasonally adjusted 51.4, from 51.9 in the prior month whose figure was revised down from 52.0.

Analysts had expected U.K. manufacturing PMI to rise to 52.5 last month.
