Investing.com - Industral production in the U.K. rose unexpectedly last month, official data showed on Tuesday.

In a report, National Statistics said that U.K. industrial production rose to a seasonally adjusted 0.4%, from 0.3% in the prior month whose figure was revised down from 0.4%.

Analysts had expected U.K. industrial production to fall -0.2% last month.
