U.K. Halifax HPI 1.6% vs. 0.4% forecast
Investing.com - The UK.’s Halifax house price index rose more-than-expected last month, industry data showed on Friday.

In a report, HBOS said that U.K. Halifax HPI rose to a seasonally adjusted 1.6%, from 0.6% in the prior month whose figure was revised up from 0.4%.

Analysts had expected U.K. Halifax HPI to rise 0.4% last month.
