U.K. core CPI 0.8% vs. 0.9% forecast
Investing.com - Core consumer price inflation in the U.K. fell unexpectedly last month, official data showed on Tuesday.

In a report, National Statistics said that U.K. core CPI fell to a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 0.8%, from 0.9% in the prior month.

Analysts had expected U.K. core CPI to remain unchanged at 0.9% last month.
