U.K. consumer price inflation 0.5% vs. 0.7% forecast
Investing.com - Consumer price inflation in the U.K. fell more-than-expected last month, official data showed on Tuesday.

In a report, National Statistics said that U.K. consumer price inflation fell to a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 0.5%, from 1.0% in the prior month.

Analysts had expected U.K. consumer price inflation to fall to 0.7% last month.
