South African retail sales 2.6% vs. 1.7% forecast
Investing.com - Retail sales in South Africa fell less-than-expected last month, official data showed on Wednesday.

In a report, Statistics South Africa Head Office said that South African Retail Sales fell to 2.6%, from 3.2% in the prior month whose figure was revised down from 3.4%.

Analysts had expected South African Retail Sales to fall to 1.7% last month.
