Investing.com - Unit labor costs in the U.S. rose unexpectedly in the last quarter, official data showed on Tuesday.
In a report, Bureau of Labor Statistics said that U.S. unit labor costs rose to a seasonally adjusted 2.0%, from -0.2% in the preceding quarter whose figure was revised down from 4.5%.
Analysts had expected U.S. unit labor costs to fall to 1.8% in the last quarter.
