Investing.com - Retail sales in Japan fell less-than-expected last month, official data showed on Tuesday.

In a report, METI said that Japanese retail sales fell to a seasonally adjusted 0.9%, from 3.0% in the prior month.

Analysts had expected Japanese retail sales to fall to 0.5% last month.
