Euro zone unemployment rate 11.8% vs. 11.9% forecast

Investing.com - The unemployment rate in the euro zone remained unchanged unexpectedly last month, official data showed on Friday.

In a report, Eurostat said that Euro zone unemployment rate remained unchanged at a seasonally adjusted 11.8%, from 11.8% in the prior month whose figure was revised down from 11.9%.

Analysts had expected Euro zone unemployment rate to remain unchanged at 11.9% last month.
