Canadian retail sales 0.7% vs. 0.3% forecast
Investing.com - Canadian retail sales rose more-than-expected last month, official data showed on Friday.

In a report, Statistics Canada said that Canadian retail sales rose to a seasonally adjusted 0.7%, from 1.5% in the prior month whose figure was revised down from 1.7%.

Analysts had expected Canadian retail sales to rise 0.3% last month.
