Canadian retail sales -0.1% vs. 0.7% forecast
Investing.com - Canadian retail sales fell unexpectedly last month, official data showed on Friday.

In a report, Statistics Canada said that Canadian retail sales fell to a seasonally adjusted -0.1%, from 0.9% in the prior month whose figure was revised up from 0.7%.

Analysts had expected Canadian retail sales to rise 0.7% last month.
