Investing.com - The number of new home loans granted in Australia fell unexpectedly last month, official data showed on Monday.
In a report, Australian Bureau of Statistics said that Australian home loans fell to a seasonally adjusted -0.7%, from 0.2% in the prior month whose figure was revised down from 0.3%.
Analysts had expected Australian home loans to rise 2.0% last month.
