Investing.com - Gross operating profits of Australian companies rose more-than-expected in the last quarter, official data showed on Monday.
In a report, Australian Bureau of Statistics said that Australian CGOP rose to a seasonally adjusted 6.9%, from -4.4% in the preceding quarter whose figure was revised up from -4.7%.
Analysts had expected Australian CGOP to rise to 2.0% in the last quarter.
