ANKARA (Reuters) - The duty of forming a government should fall to Turkey's opposition parties, which collectively gained a majority of the vote in the June 7 parliamentary election, the head of the main opposition Republican People's Party (CHP) said on Monday.
Kemal Kilicdaroglu also said at a news conference it was "unacceptable" for President Tayyip Erdogan to be a primary political actor while coalition talks are continuing and that Erdogan must stay within the boundaries set by the constitution.
