On the New York Mercantile Exchange, Natural gas futures for August delivery traded at USD3.941 per million British thermal units at time of writing falling 4.33%.
Earlier, it traded at a session low USD3.937 per million British thermal units. Natural gas was likely to find support at USD3.937 and resistance at USD4.173.
US Dollar Index, which tracks the performance of the greenback versus a basket of six other major currencies, fell 0.06% to trade at USD80.57.
Elsewhere on the Nymex, Crude oil for August delivery rose 1.86% to trade at USD103.08 a barrel while Heating oil for August delivery rose 0.01% to trade at USD2.8580 per gallon.
