On the New York Mercantile Exchange, Natural gas futures for July delivery traded at USD2.781 per million British thermal units at time of writing falling 0.16%.
Earlier, it traded at a session low USD2.763 per million British thermal units. Natural gas was likely to find support at USD2.763 and resistance at USD2.955.
US Dollar Index, which tracks the performance of the greenback versus a basket of six other major currencies, rose 0.33% to trade at USD94.53.
Elsewhere on the Nymex, Crude oil for August delivery fell 0.68% to trade at USD60.41 a barrel while Heating oil for July delivery fell 0.84% to trade at USD1.8991 per gallon.
