Investing.com - Natural gas futures were higher in U.S. trade on Wednesday.
On the New York Mercantile Exchange, Natural gas futures for January delivery traded at USD3.733 per million British thermal units at time of writing rising 2.22%.
Earlier, it traded at a session high USD3.740 per million British thermal units. Natural gas was likely to find support at USD3.585 and resistance at USD3.824.
US Dollar Index, which tracks the performance of the greenback versus a basket of six other major currencies, fell 0.42% to trade at USD88.36.
Elsewhere on the Nymex, Crude oil for January delivery fell 4.03% to trade at USD61.25 a barrel while Heating oil for January delivery fell 1.61% to trade at USD2.0505 per gallon.
