On the New York Mercantile Exchange, Natural gas futures for November delivery traded at USD3.959 per million British thermal units at time of writing rising 1.56%.
Earlier, it traded at a session high USD3.966 per million British thermal units. Natural gas was likely to find support at USD3.869 and resistance at USD4.059.
US Dollar Index, which tracks the performance of the greenback versus a basket of six other major currencies, fell 0.02% to trade at USD85.88.
Elsewhere on the Nymex, Crude oil for November delivery fell 0.84% to trade at USD89.58 a barrel while Heating oil for November delivery fell 0.64% to trade at USD2.6044 per gallon.
