Earlier, it traded at a session high USD4.068 per million British thermal units. Natural gas was likely to find support at USD3.932 and resistance at USD4.101.
US Dollar Index, which tracks the performance of the greenback versus a basket of six other major currencies, fell 0.04% to trade at USD82.78.
Elsewhere on the Nymex, Crude oil for October delivery rose 0.16% to trade at USD95.81 a barrel while Heating oil for October delivery fell 0.39% to trade at USD2.8489 per gallon.
