Investing.com - Natural gas futures were higher during European trade on Friday.
On the New York Mercantile Exchange, Natural gas futures for January delivery traded at USD3.696 per million British thermal units at time of writing rising 1.30%.
Earlier, it traded at a session high USD3.698 per million British thermal units. Natural gas was likely to find support at USD3.638 and resistance at USD4.041.
US Dollar Index, which tracks the performance of the greenback versus a basket of six other major currencies, rose 0.15% to trade at USD88.79.
Elsewhere on the Nymex, Crude oil for January delivery fell 0.82% to trade at USD66.26 a barrel while Heating oil for January delivery fell 0.62% to trade at USD2.1046 per gallon.
