i3 Energy said its Canadian production hit 22,000 barrels of oil equivalent per day (boepd) in September.
Sales during the month comprised 6mln standard cubic feet of gas per day, 6,470 barrels per day of natural gas liquids and 4,030 barrels per day of oil & condensate.
Production in the second quarter of 2022 averaged 19,500 barrels per day equivalent.
Some 20 wells gross have now been added as part of its expanded 2022 drilling programme, i3 added.
Of these, thirteen are in production, five are being cleaned up following tie in and two await completion.
The remaining seven wells are expected to be fully cleaned up and in production in late October, i3 said, adding it is on track to reach its 24,000 boepd target by year-end.
Last week, i3 spudded the Serenity appraisal well in the North Sea where it has a 75% stake.
