Investing.com - Gold futures were lower in Asian trade on Tuesday.
On the Comex division of the New York Mercantile Exchange, Gold futures for April delivery traded at USD1227.60 a troy ounce at time of writing falling 0.04%.
Earlier, it traded at a session low USD1227.30 a troy ounce. Gold was likely to find support at USD1252.10 and resistance at USD1286.60.
US Dollar Index, which tracks the performance of the greenback versus a basket of six other major currencies, fell 0.07% to trade at USD94.39.
Elsewhere on the Comex, Silver for March delivery fell 0.63% to trade at USD17.185 a troy ounce while Copper for March delivery rose 0.04% to trade at USD2.610 a pound.
