Investing.com - Gold futures were higher in Asian trade on Wednesday.
On the Comex division of the New York Mercantile Exchange, Gold futures for April delivery traded at USD1263.20 a troy ounce at time of writing rising 0.23%.
Earlier, it traded at a session high USD1263.80 a troy ounce. Gold was likely to find support at USD1252.10 and resistance at USD1286.60.
US Dollar Index, which tracks the performance of the greenback versus a basket of six other major currencies, rose 0.17% to trade at USD93.92.
Elsewhere on the Comex, Silver for March delivery rose 0.01% to trade at USD17.322 a troy ounce while Copper for March delivery rose 0.27% to trade at USD2.585 a pound.
