On the New York Mercantile Exchange, Crude oil futures for August delivery traded at USD103.12 a barrel at time of writing falling 0.06%.
Earlier, it traded at a session low USD103.08 a barrel. Crude oil was likely to find support at USD99.01 and resistance at USD103.90.
US Dollar Index, which tracks the performance of the greenback versus a basket of six other major currencies, rose 0.02% to trade at USD80.59.
Elsewhere on the ICE, Brent oil for September delivery fell 0.09% to trade at USD107.99 a barrel, with the spread between the Brent oil and Crude oil contracts stood at USD4.87 a barrel.
