Investing.com - Crude oil futures were lower in European trading hours on Friday.
On the New York Mercantile Exchange, Crude oil futures for August delivery traded at USD60.08 a barrel at time of writing falling 1.22%.
Earlier, it traded at a session low USD59.80 a barrel. Crude oil was likely to find support at USD59.19 and resistance at USD61.81.
US Dollar Index, which tracks the performance of the greenback versus a basket of six other major currencies, rose 0.38% to trade at USD94.57.
Elsewhere on the ICE, Brent oil for August delivery fell 1.43% to trade at USD63.34 a barrel, with the spread between the Brent oil and Crude oil contracts stood at USD3.26 a barrel.
